**Shipping and Return Policies for Skin Care Product Website**

All purchases on the website are final. We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged as examined and determined by our quality control team.

**Shipping Policy:**

  1. **Order Processing:** We strive to process and ship orders within 4-7 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. **Shipping Methods:** We offer various shipping options during checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  3. **Shipping Locations:** We currently offer shipping within India. Please note that certain remote areas might have longer delivery times.
  4. **Tracking:** Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  5. **Shipping Delays:** While we make every effort to meet delivery times, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays might impact delivery. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

**Return Policy:**

  1. **7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:** We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
  2. **Return Eligibility:** To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used extensively.

Incomplete Product / Partial Product / Damaged Outer Packing / Used Product / Wrong product  

In the above-mentioned cases, kindly raise the request within 24 hrs after receiving the product, otherwise, the request will not be entertained.

Also attach the images and video of outer packing and inner packing with the product from all sides, its help us to resolve the issue.

In the case where you have thrown out the boxes in that cases, we are unable to help you

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we request you to first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

All items bought in SALE are final and will not be eligible for refund or exchange unless the product is damaged. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**Return Process:**
**Initiate a Return:** Contact our customer support team at care@pixme.co.in to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  1. **Return Authorization:** Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
  2. **Return Shipping:** You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
  1. **Refund or Exchange:** Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  2. **Damaged or Defective Products:** If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
